The building is just 10 to 15 minutes walk from Cortina’s main pedestrian street, through a very nice walking route. The apartment’s compesed by one double bedroom, one bathroom with washing machine, kitchen and a living room with a sofa-bed. We also offer a private parking for guests and a big balcony facing the valley and the Tofana mountain.

Our guests will have private and exclusive access to the whole apartment, which includes: a fully equipped kitchen, a warm living and dining area with a comfortable sofa bed, a bathroom with bathtub (that one may use as shower too) and washing machine, a bedroom with big closet and king size bed, that can be separated from the living area by a sliding door, plus a big terrace with an amazing view on the valley.
Our guests will have also access to the a private warehouse downstairs, where it’s possible to leave skis and ski equipment, and a reserved parking spot right outside the building.

We will provide: 1 S – 1 M – 1 L TOWEL for every guest, 1 complementary COFFEE POD for every guest, hand soap + Hair&Body wash and 2 Toilet paper rolls for every bathroom

We will not provide: any food or beverage, cleaning service during your stay (only upon request, to be paid separately), chance of sheets (only upon request, to be paid separately), extra Towels, coffe Pods and toilet paper
